The Home Options Referral Program is a way for you to earn commission by referring friends, associates, or anyone interested in our products to our showrooms.
Anyone except Home Options employees and their immediate families can participate. You must be at least 18 years old and have a valid government-issued ID.
Simply visit the referral program page on our website and fill out the short registration form. You will then receive a unique referral code.
You can share your referral code with friends, family, colleagues, or anyone interested in our products. You can share it via email, text message, or by word-of-mouth.
For you to earn a commission, a referred customer must visit a Home Options showroom and explicitly state they were referred by you at the time of their visit. The sales staff will then request and manually enter your valid referral code into the system. Commission will be credited to your online dashboard based on the referred customer’s completed purchase..
The commission rate for qualifying purchases is 0.5% of the total purchase value.
No, there is no minimum purchase amount required for the referred customer. However, your commission will be based on the total value of their qualifying purchase.
Yes, you must accumulate a minimum commission balance of NGN 50,000 or its equivalent in USD before your earnings can be withdrawn. There may be associated fees for withdrawals, which will be clearly outlined in your dashboard.
Earned commission will be automatically paid out on the last Friday of every month to your designated payment method (details to be provided in your dashboard). There is a minimum threshold for automatic payouts (a minimum commission of NGN 50,000 or its equivalent in USD). For balances below the threshold, payouts will be processed on a quarterly basis.
Absolutely not. Using your referral code for your own purchases or purchases made on behalf of yourself or your immediate family is strictly prohibited. Any referrals where the referrer is also the purchasing customer will be disqualified, and any earned commission will be forfeited. This may also lead to the termination of your referral account.
Sharing your code on public forums, social media platforms with promotional intent, or through any other method deemed inappropriate by Home Options is strictly prohibited.
No problem! You can log in to your referral program dashboard to view your code at any time.
We understand. In such cases, the customer can inform the salesperson that they were referred by someone. We may have alternative verification methods available (subject to program rules) to potentially link the customer to a referral, though not necessarily to your specific code.
You can easily track your referrals, earned commission, and withdrawal history through your secure online referral program dashboard.
Currently, your referral code has no expiry date. However, Home Options reserves the right to modify the program at any time, which may include changes to the referral code validity period. You will be notified if and when this happens.
